They told me I’d live the rest of my life taking prescription drugs for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

They were wrong.

Hi, my name is Richard James. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 25 years old, and I designed and created this website not only to provide relevant information about the autoimmune disease, but to share how I have managed it for over a decade without the use of arthritis medications. As someone who has experienced the debilitating pain, fear and depression that accompany arthritis, my primary desire and motivation is to help others discover how to live happier and healthier lives through arthritis.

I am also a husband and dad to two beautiful daughters that I am striving to better provide for, so you will see ads on this website that Google deemed appropriate for my site. If this website provides value to you and you are both able, and inspired to give back, your generosity is appreciated and you can donate via Cash app or Venmo.

This website does not intend to dissuade anyone from seeking the advice of a medical doctor. In fact, if you are experiencing the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and have not consulted a doctor, I encourage you to contact your doctor immediately so you can find your path to healing sooner, rather than later.
